Activity remained steady this week, with two homes closing escrow and five new listings testing the market.  The active/pending ratio remains at a balanced level for the second consecutive week, which bodes well for the market in general.

The inventory of homes for sale in Emerald Hills increased significantly for the second straight week.  Unfortunately, the number of homes sold didn’t — and consequently, the ratio of active to pending is the highest that it’s been all year.   Here’s the summary of the Emerald Hills market as of 4/25/09:
